Every shipped piece of the cloaks family, with its id, rarity and price.

A cape or a pair of wings drawn behind the player. categories/cloak.conf ships 13 pieces. The node of each is uxmcosmetics.cloak.<id>. Prices are in economy.currency, experience points by default.
