Why uxmLang has no placeholders, and what reads PlaceholderAPI.
uxmLang registers no PlaceholderAPI placeholders. A player's language shows in the window and in /lang list.
With PlaceholderAPI installed, the effect lines of config.conf read other
plugins' placeholders, and %mcmmo_level_<skill>% is read off mcMMO itself.
